Joshua Tree

Joshua Tree There are so many beautiful airbnb’s to check out. The one we stayed at had some nice amenities like: Washer & Dryer, Hot tub, bikes, Fenced Yard, AC, Private parking.
Packing tip: Be realistic! Where are you going, what are you doing. Do an edit before closing your suitcase. Being in the dessert where you are getting dusty and sweaty it was really nice to have washer and dryer because we got wash our clothes before heading to san diego. We visited a Llama Farm, which also had other animals like goats and lambs. I felt inspired by the slow lifestyle and land the owner had. We visited the national park and some local shops within the downtown strip. We had breakfast at Crossroads and it’s like a diner style. They had really great selection of food and soyrizo if you are into that. There is a vintage shop in town with lots of neat things, but they know what they have and value it as such. There is also a thrift shop, this was super reasonably priced. I found a free people top for 3.50, 2 cashmere sweaters and paid 10$, score!
I would recommend going to joshua tree early, and doing research to identify your top spots. It’s a lot bigger than I thought and doing research on the various spots to see was helpful. A spot we did not get to see because it was currently closed was the lost palms. They looked really cool, if you get the chance, go!
